The Vivisection of a Female Heart, a poem by Gobinda Biswas

The Vivisection of a Female Heart
Gobinda Biswas

I am a Female heart
You, the male persons have misconceptions of me,
I am defamed by you now and then
For this I always suffer from mental agony.
To something I am devoted and sincere
I always prefer honesty as crystal dew,
Childlike simplicity is very important, I think
If you are a clean slate, I am with you.
If you are full of tricks, I dislike you
You embrace goal, to means you bid good-bye,
By hook or by crook you may succeed
The false path may praise you, not I.
This planet is full of all the vices
As Apemetheus opened the box of Pandora,
I like someone like Prometheus
He must not be tricky as Zeus and Hera.
A Female heart is like a weak creeper
Outwardly she may be strong and powerful,
Inwardly she wants a durable Ozonosphere overhead
No ultra-violet ray can enter and be harmful.
I like someone who is really trustworthy
To whom I can sacrifice my all,
I can surrender myself without pros and cons
Like a baby to its mother with no fear of fall.
I don’t want a god or godly man
I want a man with legs on the ground,
He may not be perfect as pure gold
Who will be, in the true sense my true friend.
